Returns/Exchange Policy
Due to serious health and hygienic reasons, any item that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable such as thongs, g-string, panties, teddies, baby dolls with panty and everything that comes with panty and underwear. Its for your protection as well as our customers. Sorry, it's the one of the state and federal regulations.

We guarantee all items will be free of defects when we ship. However, under any circumstances that the item received either have defects or delivered wrong, exchange will be issued and we will refund any standard return shipping costs incurred. Make sure it is insured and with tracking number. Item must be in unused condition, unwashed and tag included in the same packaging(We can tell if you use it or not). Obtain a Return Authorization Number or Contact Us first before you return the product. Please notify us within 5 days.

What if I change my mind?
If you are not happy with your order, simply return the item(s) within five (5) days for a refund. It may take up to 3 weeks from the day we receive the returned item(s) for a refund to be issued. Item must be in unused condition, unwashed and tag included in the same packaging. Shipping fees are customer's responsibility.(Only the amount of the items will be refunded).

What if I want something else instead of the one I received?
You can also exchange it with an item you like with the same price or lesser price , shipping is your responsibility both sending and returning plus we charge $5 for restocking fee.

How to return for an exchange?
Return the items you want to return/exchanges along with a letter of an explanation why do you want to return/exchange and the sizes you want. Please include in your letter your name and address.

- Exchanges will depend on how long you are going to ship it, if possible send to me the tracking code.
- Credits for returns will be given within 3-4 weeks.
